Mrs. Blogs (my wife) says I am a bit of a procrastinator, and that’s probably true. I put it down to my time as a town planner and wanting everything to be well thought out and considered before it is implemented. Perhaps I am just slow. It did take me nearly five hours to finish my last marathon!

A lot of time and effort is put in by many people to help our players, teams, and clubs achieve their goals. Although I’ve done my fair share of carrying goal posts, securing nets and running the sideline for Master Blogs’ (my son) football team over the years, I felt I could offer something different. But what and how exactly?
Mrs. Blogs just rolled her eyes when I put that question to her. “Just get on with it and start your blog,” she said.
